The system adds coagulants, magnetic seeds, and coagulants to the mixing tank for magnetic coagulation reaction; Solid liquid separation entering the clarification tank; The sludge in the clarification tank is pumped into the high shear and magnetic separator through a magnetic seed lift pump, separating the magnetic seeds from the sludge and returning them to the mixing tank to continue participating in the reaction; The remaining sludge is discharged through the sludge discharge system and sent to the sludge treatment system for further processing.

Magnetic coagulation technology is a combination of coagulation technology and magnetic separation technology, which innovatively improves the traditional coagulation, sedimentation, and filtration processes.
