Microfiltration machine

A microfilter is a rotary screen filtration device. The treated wastewater enters the machine through the axial pipeline inlet and flows out through the screen in a radial radiation pattern. Impurities in the water are trapped on the inner surface of the filter screen on the drum. The filtered large particles are pushed out of the screen by the guide vanes inside the screen. Suitable for the separation of solid suspended particles, fibers, distillers' grains and other pollutants in industrial wastewater and domestic sewage.

The filter screen of this machine is made of stainless steel material, which enhances the separation ability of the equipment and the corrosion resistance of the filter screen. In addition, a complete self-cleaning system ensures that the filter screen is not blocked by dirt. The machine has a compact structure, occupies a small area, and can continuously and automatically remove pollutants. It can remove suspended particles of 0.5-3mm.
