
The magnetic flocculation wastewater treatment equipment is an integrated device that combines coagulation sedimentation, high shear breaking, recovery, pressure filtration, and electrical control systems. Compared to traditional sedimentation, it occupies 1/5-1/10 of the land area and has a sedimentation rate that is 20-60 times that of conventional sedimentation tanks.
It adds coagulants, coagulants, and magnetic particles (i.e. magnetic powder Fe3O4) to the sewage to flocculate the fine particulate pollutants in the water and combine them with the magnetic particles. Due to the gravity of the magnetic particles, efficient sedimentation of the flocculants is achieved. Magnetic filtration removes the pollutants and flocculants in the water, and the magnetic particles are recycled and reused through a magnetic drum separator.

Magnetic flocculation wastewater treatment equipment can remove SS, and the collision between suspended solids and biological carriers promotes their full settlement; The microbial flocculation on the surface causes suspended solids to be adsorbed and fall off with the biofilm to the bottom of the water.
Magnetic flocculation equipment can be used for industrial wastewater, mining and beneficiation wastewater, municipal sewage, upgrading and transformation of sewage treatment plants, eutrophication river treatment, electroplating printing and dyeing, oilfield and other industries' wastewater treatment.
