1. Regular inspection

First level maintenance is mainly based on regular inspections, conducted once a week, supplemented by maintenance inspections as an indirect form of preventive maintenance. Its main job responsibilities include: inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting components of electric motors and conveyor belts; Check the water pump, clear the oil circuit, and inspect the oil quality and quantity in the oil tank; Remove burrs from all active surfaces; Check and adjust various indicator instruments and safety protection devices; Identify potential faults and abnormalities, eliminate them, and eliminate any leakage phenomena.

2. Replacement of vulnerable parts

Secondary maintenance is generally carried out on a monthly basis, mainly targeting the repair or replacement of vulnerable parts of the equipment. The second level maintenance requires completing all the work of the first level maintenance, as well as cleaning all lubrication parts, changing oil, disassembling and adjusting equipment parts and important parts.

3. Inspection of various components

Third level maintenance refers to a comprehensive inspection that needs to be conducted once or twice a year, based on the wear condition, function, and precision degradation level of each component of the facility. The inspection, repair, replacement, and adjustment should be carried out, and then reassembled into a new complete machine, which is generally completed by a (repair) factory.

4. Regular maintenance of special equipment and facilities

Periodic or temporary maintenance refers to the regular inspection and repair of special equipment and facilities. According to the relevant inspection and testing cycle rules of the facilities and equipment, periodic inspection and testing of motors, pressure vessels, etc. are stopped annually (or every six months).

1. It is necessary to pay attention to the absence of large solid substances in the sewage entering the equipment, in order to avoid blocking the pipes and holes and damaging the water pump.

2. The manhole of the equipment must be covered to prevent personal accidents or large solid objects from falling in, which may affect the use of the equipment.

3. The pH value of the sewage entering the geographic sewage treatment equipment must be between 6-9, as acidic and alkaline conditions can affect the normal growth of biofilms.

4. It is necessary to ensure that the air inlet of the fan is unobstructed. Generally, the fan needs to change the oil once after running for about 6 months to improve its service life.
